Why my products come in different packages?

We ship your orders from several international warehouses (US, China, Canada and Thailand). Our stock is spread out over multiple fulfilment centers in order to speed things up. This means orders containing multiple items may be shipped individually.

What is my tracking number?

Tracking will be available 5-10 days after your order. 




Why the price changes to Australian Dollars on the checkout page?

All prices on My Doggo Store can be displayed in Australian Dollars (AUD), United States Dollars (USD), Pound Sterling (GBP), Canadian Dollar (CAD) and some other currencies that changes according to your location. Please note that orders will be charged in Australia dollars, so the difference of the price might be due to the exchange rate, the prices displayed in other currencies are for reference only.

Wrong Address

I've made a mistake in the delivery address. Can I change it?

Please ensure you check your shipping address before completing your order. We are not responsible for orders that are delivered to incorrect addresses.

We do our best to speed up processing and shipping time, so there is always a small window to correct an incorrect shipping address. Please contact us immediately at info@mydoggostore.com.au if you believe you have provided an incorrect shipping address.

Once your order has been shipped it is too late to cancel your order.
