Delivery delays due to COVID-19

Changes in demand for delivery due to the coronavirus COVID-19 mean that some delivery services are delayed.

Australia, Austria, Belgium, Canada, Croatia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Russia, Singapore, Spain, South Korea, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom, United States and Turkey.

 

Processing times:

Orders are processed Monday through Friday. Orders will be processed within 4 business days of ordering and shipped the next day after the processing day. 

 

The approximate shipping time:

USA, Australia and Canada: You can expect your package to arrive in 2 - 14 weeks.

UK: You can expect your package to arrive in 3 - 14 weeks.

Europe: You can expect your package to arrive in 2 - 14 weeks.

Other countries: You can expect your package to arrive in 3 - 14 weeks. 

 

Wrong Address

Please ensure you check your shipping address before completing your order. We are not responsible for orders that are delivered to incorrect addresses.

We do our best to speed up processing and shipping time, so there is always a small window to correct an incorrect shipping address. Please contact us immediately at info@mydoggostore.com.au if you believe you have provided an incorrect shipping address.

Once your order has been shipped it is too late to cancel your order.

 

International taxes and customs charges

Customers may be required to pay sales tax, duty and/or Customs charges. All Taxes and customs charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the cost of the order or shipping charge. Taxes and customs charges differ depending on the country and state of the shipping address. We suggest contacting your local customs office if you are unsure of the applicable taxes and customs fees that are relevant to you. My Doggo Store is not responsible for any additional taxes and customs charges that are requested during the shipment of your order.

 

Why my products come in different packages?

We ship your orders from several international warehouses (US, China, Canada and Thailand). Our stock is spread out over multiple fulfilment centers in order to speed things up. This means orders containing multiple items may be shipped individually.
